Helena Téllez is an Assistant Professor at I2CNER, Kyushu University (Japan). Her research uses ion beam analysis techniques to improve our understanding of surfaces and interfaces in materials for energy conversion. Following her PhD at the University of Málaga (Spain) in 2010, she worked at the ITU in Karlsruhe (Germany), then held a Marie Curie fellowship at Imperial College London (U.K.) and a JSPS fellowship at I2CNER. She was appointed to her current position in September 2015.
