Dr. Xia received his Ph D in 1996 at University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). He is now a full professor at USTC. Dr. Xia’s current research activities include (1) development of electrode materials for solid oxide cells; (2) fabrication and characterization of ceramic membranes, thin films, and coatings for solid-state ionic devices; and (3) electrochemistry processes.
