Giuseppe Portale

Giuseppe Portale received his PhD in chemistry from the University of Rome "La Sapienza". After his PhD, he moved in 2006 to the ESRF for a post-doc and he became in 2009 beam line scientist at the BM26B beam line. From 2015, he is the leader of the polymer physics group at the Zernike Institute for Advanced Materials in Groningen. His research mostly focuses on polymers for energy applications.
