Yasuhisa Naitoh received the M.E. and Ph. D. degrees from Osaka University, Osaka, Japan, 2000 and 2003, respectively. From 2002 to 2003, he was a researcher of Motorola, U.S.. Currently, he is a senior researcher, at National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Ibaraki, Japan. His current interest is electronics devices based on nanostructures.
