Dr. MAREK SKOWRONSKI is Professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Carnegie Mellon University. Prof. Skowronski's research covers crystal growth with emphasis on epitaxy of thin films, device processing, and characterization of oxide and chalcogenide materials and devices. Of special interest are devices for nonvolatile memory applications.
