Andrea Madabeni was born in Brescia (BS, Italy) in 1996 and he is currently a research fellow (and Ph.D. candidate in Molecular Sciences) at Università degli Studi di Padova. He obtained both his B.Sc. (2018, final grade: 110/110 cum laude) and Master’s Degree (2020, 110/110 cum laude) from Università degli Studi di Padova. He started the Ph.D. course in 2020 under the supervision of prof. Laura Orian. Andrea is passionate about theoretical studies of reaction mechanisms and chemical bonding; during his Ph.D. he investigated various mechanistic aspects of organochalcogen chemistry with biological or synthetic applications.
