Curriculum vitae

Omar Bettini is currently a Master student in the workgroup of Prof. Silvia Gross. His thesis project work concerns the development of nanostructured and shape-controlled CeO₂ support by hydrothermal synthesis and microwave-assisted methods.
He will carry out his Master thesis under the supervision of Prof. Silvia Gross at the University of Padova and the co-supervision of Prof. Dr. Silke Behrens at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Born in Dolo (Italy) in 1999, Omar Bettini studied Industrial Chemistry at the University of Padova, where he obtained his Bachelor degree (2021). In the same year he started his Master degree at the University of Padova.
