The Molecular Electrochemistry and Nanosystems Group is in the Department of Chemistry, University of Padova, and is led by Professor Flavio Maran.

The Group carries out research in molecular electrochemistry and molecular nanosystems.

Research topics under investigation are: properties and applications of monolayer-protected gold nanoclusters, molecular and organic electrochemistry, redox catalysis, electron transfer, charge-transfer processes across interfaces, monolayers and biomimetic membranes on electrodes, electrochemical biosensors.

This site contains information on the Group’s members, activities, publications, collaborations, openings, as well as news of interest for the Chemistry and Biotechnology Master of Science students and for the Molecular Sciences PhD students.
